An ever growing list of things that need to be done, in no particular order:

• Implement Akismet plugin for comment spam here (if spam becomes an issue)
• investigate kayako
• automate backup rsyncs (currently manual)
• design and document recovery procedures (backup is good, fluid recovery is better)
• investigate forum software

In reverse cronological order:

• Find a decent skin / template for the web site
• implement backup MX (low volume currently)
• update/upgrade WHMCS and re-implement it
• add this mysqldb to the current backup rota
• Get some sleep…
• Find a decent wordpress theme for this blog
